This is what I think a male living plane's insides would look like. I've left out the wings and landing gear and coloured some things so you can see better.
1. Mouth. Expands when open (see second mouth diagram) 2. Heart. This pumps fuel to the engines and blood around the fuselage/body 3. Lungs. These are for breathing and help pressurise the cabin. 4. Brain. 5. Stomach. This stores fuel and food. Larger planes have larger stomachs while smaller ones have small stomachs. 6. Cabin. Passengers or cargo go here. 7. Ram-air turbine. Acts as a life-support system for the plane when it loses power and can be deployed at will. 8. Intestines and A.P.U. Solid waste comes out here. 9. A.P.U. Cowling. Liquid waste comes from here 10. Nose Gear. Used for landing and takeoff. It is retracted when the plane stands up.
Nerve Systems (in pink)
11. Wing. Control surfaces such as spoilers and flaps are controlled by a nerve system. 12. Horizontal stabliser. Also controlled by a nerve system. 13. Vertical stabliser. Rudder is controlled by nerves.
